Headquarters
Roofing Contractor in Central Florida
Headquartered in Sanford since 1972, Adcock Roofing serves homeowners and businesses across Central Florida.
Built for Florida weather
Central Florida roofs face intense UV, near-daily summer thunderstorms and hurricane-season wind. Proper fastening, sealed underlayment and well-flashed penetrations matter more here than almost anywhere in the country.
Common roofs we see
Architectural shingle dominates the region's suburbs, concrete and clay tile are popular in newer and Mediterranean-style communities, and metal and TPO cover many commercial and low-slope buildings.
Florida Building Code
Florida enforces one of the strictest statewide building codes in the U.S., including wind-resistance requirements for roof coverings. Our licensed Florida team handles permitting and code-compliant installation.

How do you guarantee there are no subcontractors on my roof?
Every roofer on an Adcock job is a trained Adcock employee — we don't hand roofing work to outside crews. The owner stays involved on every project, so the people you meet are the people accountable for the result.
What does your workmanship warranty cover?
Our workmanship warranty covers the installation work our crews perform: 10 years on qualifying roof replacements and 1 year on repairs. Eligible shingle systems also carry manufacturer NDL coverage through Atlas or GAF.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — financing is available through GoodLeap. You can check your rate in minutes with no impact to your credit score, with 100% financing on qualifying jobs and flexible monthly payments.
Why does being a General Contractor matter for a roof?
Roof problems don't always stop at the shingles. Holding a General Contractor license in Florida means we can also repair rotted decking, fascia, drywall and ceilings — one licensed company from start to finish.
